The West Plains R-VII School District is pleased to announce the appointment of Michelle Miller as the new social worker for the district, effective immediately. Ms. Miller, a dedicated and experienced counselor, has been a valued member of the West Plains Elementary (WPE) team, where she has made a significant impact on students' lives.
Ms. Miller will take on a dual role for the remainder of the 2023-2024 school year. This unique arrangement will allow her to seamlessly transition into her new responsibilities, providing vital support to students and their families. Starting on July 1, 2024, Ms. Miller will assume her role as a full-time school social worker, further enhancing the district's commitment to the well-being of our students.
