The South Central Career Center recently hosted the Region 9 FCCLA Culinary Arts competition. Teams from West Plains, Hartville, and Mountain Grove created a chicken Alfredo dish, a fresh salad with homemade balsamic vinaigrette dressing, French bread, and a dessert. Our very own SCCC team of Buffy Williams, Cheyenne Robison, Kallie Rogers scored top gold, earning 95 out of 100 total points. The team will move onto to the state culinary contest at Tan Tar A in March.
