The Pink Out event held during the first home football game on September 1 was a huge success. Thanks to the support of West Plains Zizzer Football, the West Plains Zizzer Quarterback Club, Ozarks Healthcare, Hibby's Sports Grille, Hirsch Feed and Farm Supply West Plains, and the West Plains Zizzer Pride Band, $9,585.98 was donated to the Ozarks Healthcare Cancer Treatment Center Patient Emergency Fund.

Thank you, Hibby’s Sports Grill, for sponsoring the t-shirt sales, ensuring 100% of the profits go to the cause, and to Hirsch Feed and Farm Supply for donating a Redneck Deer Blind for the raffle. Thank you to Zizzer Football and the Zizzer Pride Band for contributing 50% of gate proceeds and concession stand profits.
