The Salutatorian award recognizes the second-highest academic honor for our 2022 graduating class. This award represents four years of dedication and commitment to education. This year’s Salutatorian is awarded to 𝐌𝐫. 𝐉𝐨𝐡𝐧 𝐃𝐚𝐯𝐢𝐝 𝐄𝐝𝐠𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐫.
The highest academic honor possible in high school is the Valedictorian award. The Valedictorian earns this honor by successfully completing many rigorous courses over their 4 years at West Plains High School. In this year’s incredibly high achieving class, it is fitting that the top honor of Valedictorian is a three-way tie and has been earned by 𝐌𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐡 𝐌𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐬𝐟𝐢𝐞𝐥𝐝, 𝐋𝐚𝐲𝐧𝐚 𝐑𝐨𝐲𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐌𝐚𝐝𝐢𝐬𝐨𝐧 𝐑𝐨𝐬𝐭.
