West Plains R-VII Hosts CSIP Update Meeting to Support Strategic Goals

The West Plains R-VII School District held a CSIP (Comprehensive School Improvement Plan) update meeting focused on aligning our Strategic Plan with key MSIP 6 priorities.

School board members, teachers, administrators, and partners from our sending K-8 districts Glenwood, Junction Hill, and Fairview gathered to collaborate and share feedback. The discussion centered on important focus areas such as early literacy, chronic absenteeism, and the development of Portrait of a Zizzer.

The evening’s conversation highlighted a shared commitment to continuous improvement and student success. Feedback from the meeting will directly inform next steps in the planning process and help shape the future of learning in the district.
