Final Forms Registration Coming on May 2nd

We’re happy to announce that on May 2nd, the West Plains R-VII Athletic and Activities Department will launch FinalForms, an online platform that simplifies the process of completing and managing athletic and activity participation forms.

FinalForms allows families to complete and sign forms digitally, saving valuable time by rolling over information from season to season and year to year. It also makes it easy to verify and update information at any time. For households with multiple students, FinalForms pre-populates information to streamline the process even further.

What Families Need to Know:
Parents and guardians of all students planning to participate in athletics or activities are required to create an account and register their student(s) through FinalForms.
