The Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE) has partnered with the University of Missouri’s Institute of Public Policy to conduct the 2025–2026 Parent Special Education Survey, as part of required federal reporting. We encourage parents to take a few moments to share feedback and experiences.
Please note:

Complete one survey per child receiving special education services.

If you have multiple children receiving services, submit a separate survey for each child.

Please do not complete both the paper and online versions for the same student.
