I have spent the last twenty five years in the industry world. I started in food services working with my husband, Lester and our three children, Novella, Tonya and Leslie with a catering business at Rover, Mo. We catered weddings, anniversaries, proms, family reunions and many other fun activities. I have managed the Food Service Department for Missouri State University-WP for the past twenty years.
I plan to take those years of experience and help the Culinary Art students prepare for a rewarding career in the food industry.
