Zizzer Help Desk You can submit a work order by doing the following:

1.  Send and email to help@zizzers.org

• Please include a brief description of the issue in the subject line.
• Include any detailed information in the body of the email.
• Also be sure to include your name in the body of the email.

2.  Call our 800 number for the Fantastechs if you are in need of immediate assistance that can be handled remotely. 

• The phone number is 1-314-246-9229 .

• They will try to assist you right away, if they conclude that the issue cannot be resolved remotely they will forward your ticket on to the appropriate  person.

**If your machine is unavailable, you may send an email via another machine in the district or your smart phone; you may also call the 800 number via an office phone or your cell phone.**
