Bridges - A West Plains School District Project
The Bridges program is designed to bridge the gap between need and education.
The Bridges program is a community-based organization designed to help meet students' needs in the West Plains School District and the surrounding rural schools, leading to children being able to focus on their education.
Goals:
- Provide the support needed for students to attain high-quality education
- Foster independence
- Teach wise decision making
- Teach personal and educational goal-setting
What can Bridges provide for students?
- Food
- Hygiene Items
- School Supplies
- Clothing
- Shoes
- Other Items As Needed
Bridges Gladly accept donations of:
- Hygiene Products
- School Supplies
- Food
Due to limited storage space, we are accepting only new shoes & clothing items.
Donations can be made in several ways:
- Items may be donated by calling Cyndi Wright, Bridges Coordinator, at 417-256-6150 ext. 1060 or cyndi.wright@zizzers.org
- Donations may also be made through the West Plains Education Foundation. Checks should be earmarked for the Bridges Program.
